Why?
Why should I have a Personal Trainer?
Personal Training takes out the guess work. Should I do this? Should I eat that? Is this exercise beneficial? Why haven’t I lost weight yet?
I used to be sceptical of Personal Training. My first impression of PT was a negative one. I thought it was only for celebrities. I love fitness and wanted to help people get fitter and happier and that’s why I embraced the industry.
That said, I still wasn’t convinced of the worth of Personal Training. A few years down the line I’ve done a complete U-turn. I’ve seen many people get fitter and lose weight whilst training with me, and I still get goose bumps when a client beams me a huge grin because, finally, the weight is coming off. It didn’t even require a diet of broccoli and water!
Is a Personal Trainer worth another outgoing expense?
I make weight loss and improved fitness achievable.
I help you live a longer and happier life (yes stronger heart, longer life, move more easily, be happier).
I can keep you motivated where, with traditional exercise, you may have become stultified.
Just watch your confidence grow!
I will show you your weight loss and improved fitness progressions in order to reinforce that you’re doing the right thing and so you remain motivated and keep going.
In short, I’ll do more for you than your Friday night curry.
So before you think you can’t afford Personal Training, recheck the outgoings and ask yourself whether that CD/DVD, that cinema trip, that Take Away is really more important than you achieving the fitness target you want.
I can prove to you that sometimes eating more will help you lose weight!
Let me emphasise that your new exercise regime will go hand-in-hand with a realistic food plan!
If you’re thinking that in a natural world, where we shouldn’t need outside help to stay looking good – then consider the society you were born into. The majority of us no longer work in fields – many jobs are sedentary and eating out has become a regular and easy past-time. That’s all fine, but we need to recognise that change, and bring in some balance to remain fit and healthy.
It’s so easy to lose fitness. We live in a world where many of us sit for 8 hours a day, we drive the car instead of walking/cycling, we always feel busy and some convenient less-than-healthy snack is nearly always less than 10 feet away. Our lifestyle may be far from that of spending time outside for most of the day and growing our own vegetables. We may even try to a more natural lifestyle, and live as bohemian a life as possible but that’s not always easy with today’s pressures and responsibilities.
It’s the 21st century. You use a mobile phone for convenience. You buy vegetables from a supermarket because you don’t have time to grow your own. Right?
So if you want a body you feel comfortable in – get a Personal Trainer!
